• If you have Started or Restarted Your Device and are seeing this blinking white light then it is a very normal thing. Just wait for a few minutes at max and it should turn into a Solid White Light.

More often than not, this method can easily resolve any minor glitches, problems, or issues that could prevent the device from functioning properly. But if the issue persists then proceed with the next method.

Restart the Whole Network

If you are on a network and restarting a single device is not resolving the issue then you may have to restart your whole network.

To do so please follow these steps:

• Open the Eero App and tap “Settings”.
• Scroll down, locate, and tap “Advanced Settings”.
• Locate “Restart Network” and click on it.
• Click “Confirm” and wait for the network to restart.
• Make sure to not press any button or return to the previous screen.

If the reason behind the flashing blue light was related to the network then after doing this the issue should be properly resolved, if not then proceed with the next method.

Properly inspect the power cable and adapter for any damage and if found then try to replace them if you have a spare one if not then you might have to make a purchase.

• Open your Eero App.
• Tap on the “Three Lines Icon” then click on “ Network Settings”.

• Wait for the process to complete, this may take a few minutes.
